Dear Conference Officers, Area Chairpersons and YPD'ers:
There will be a 4th District Newsletter published each month with information from all of the Conference Branches of the 4th District. Each Conference will have reporters. The Michigan Conference Reporters are Delores J. Clements, Conference Corresponding Secretary and Christine Crawford, Conference Corresponding Secretary, Shadow, who were appointed by the President. Sister Gail Gordon, 4th District Communication Officer is the Chairperson for this project.
All Newsletter articles must be received by me, Delores J. Clements, or the President, Jackie Robinson, by the 1st of each month. This is a firm day to be received. We must have it to the District by the 5th of each month in order for it to be considered.
The February issue is all about everything in February that your WMS may be involved in: Love, love, love makes the difference for Valentine's Day, Founder's Day (Richard Allen), Black History, Ash Wednesday, Lincoln's Birthday, Presidents Day or even Groundhog Day.
Area Chairpersons and YPD Directors please make contact with your people and get your articles to us as soon as possible. Your articles can be from your Area Activities or your Local Societies Activities. Please involve your Corresponding Secretary.
For more information you may contact Sis. Delores Clements, Michigan Conference WMS Corresponding Secretary.
